A limited edition fine art botanical print of a blue Rose printed on acid free archival 330gsm paper using archival inks.
The original painting was painted in watercolour by Úrsula Romero in her Spanish studio during the summer of 2019 as part of her collection 'Blaue Blume'.
The Rose came from Columbia Road Flower Market, London, UK and was painted to reflect the nuances within flower painting in the 21st Century. This flower isn't natural in any way, but has been dyed. In the words of Úrsula: "The Blue Rose - a muse I keep returning to. There's just something about its artificialness. A Rose that has been deliberately altered by mankind using synthetic dyes is for me representative of our unwavering quest for perfection and wholeness. Desire is full of endless distances".
All botanical fine art prints are sold unframed and packed for dispatch in a heavyweight cardboard tube.
